"Conflict as a Catalyst" at the REF Fall Seminar

Our fall seminar speaker was none other than one of our own members, Natalie Garramone, who spoke to us about ways to use that inevitable conflict we have all experienced in the workplace to gain a deeper understanding of what motivates the people involved. Very often, we make assumptions about our team's behaviors that are neither accurate nor productive. Having open dialogue about the ways in which we communicate as well as the end goal that we all wish to achieve can be both enlightening and liberating, creating a culture of trust and understanding to better further our collective goals. Every quarter, REF members are invited to bring their teams to attend workshops such as this one, so that the concepts they hear in the room can be applied in their offices.
